Own your morning elevate your life…read it in one of my favourite reads and it was worth reading…
It’s been few days since I have adopted the habit of owning my morning i.e I try these days to wake up prior to everyone else.
I always knew this concept of getting up early would bring us a lot of peace, happiness and will eventually help in the field of interest. But after reading ‘5 am club’ I now got the actual purpose of how could getting up early help us to elevate our lives.
So here I am today to share my morning routine with this I will be sharing a few more interesting habits one could adopt to bring meaning to life.
The following are some things I generally do every morning:
* Drink a glass of water: as soon as I get up the first thing I do is grab a glass full of eater a dink it slowly.
* health set: The 1st few hours of the day should be dedicated to yourself no matter what. so I take out time in the morning to work out a bit for 20 minutes a day, where I lick up some easy , fun exercises that would help me to sweat and stay fit.
* Soul set: then comes the turn if ‘soul set’. simply said, soul set means talking to ourselves or talking to our soul. in today’s busy life we generally don’t get time for ourselves, giving a tie to ourselves and talking about who we are, what we are planning to do, will clear up our mind.
* Mindset: changing our mindset would definitely help us to reach a certain place , if you are stubborn and don’t listen to anyone you must practice mindset and give a try to gratitude.

thanking the universe for all you have received till today and for all those things you will be receiving in future .with this visualizing your future, simply close your and think about your future and how are you planning for it and for which you are up at 5 am.
* Heart set: The last thing is heart set, leave everyone behind you and focus on your heart listen to your heart and do it.
let me share what my heart tells me to do every morning.
after all my rituals I grab a seat on my balcony go through any saying, quote and pen down my opinion on that particular saying, this practice is called journaling. after writing my heart out I opt for reading this particular thing is the best time of the day, I read for almost an hour with the company of chirping birds and cool breeze, after reading it the to write .to be honest I not a great writer and to be a great one I practice to write something or the other to improve my self which keeps me grounded to the earth and I feel I am being myself.
